We will ship your order between 1 - 3 business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, unless otherwise specified. Delivery time depends on the destination location. Please see map below to estimate the number of days it will take for your order to reach its destination.

Satisfaction Guarantee 14-Day Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, and the item is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, including parts and accessories, let us know and you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. Simply call us at 1-850-877-9556 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. When returning the item, you should include a copy of your original invoice, and a note on the packaging slip explaining why you decided to return our product so we can continue to improve our service.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Please be aware that when exchanging an item for another, you will see a credit to your original pay method less shipping, and then a charge for the cost of the exchange item plus shipping and handling for the new order.
Damaged, Defective and Wrong Item Sent Return Policy:
If returning a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent, customers must contact Horse & Home by phone or email within 5 days of the receipt of purchase so we can explain the proper handling of the merchandise for returns and exchanges. A replacement item will be shipped to you upon receipt of the damaged or defective product. We guarantee all of our products against Defects and Damages, and will work within our manufacturer?s warranty policies.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT
